About this role
Role overview A senior product leadership role for a multi-product software portfolio serving towing, impound, dispatch, vehicle auctions, and marketplace operations. The position is hands-on, pairing strategy with personal prototyping, and centers on unifying fragmented products into a single coherent platform while building an AI-native product organization.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end product strategy across the full portfolio, including decisions on what to unify, invest in, or retire - Drive discovery and prioritization grounded in customer evidence and business outcomes, owning the "what" and the "why" - Partner with engineering leadership as a peer, navigating tradeoffs around sequencing and value - Build and lead a product function that works hands-on across product, design, UX, and frontend inside small, fast engineering pods - Install a modern operating model: customer-proximate discovery, evidence-driven prioritization, spec-driven and prototype-first development, and continuous shipping - Use AI tooling to compress the path from idea to working software, including prototypes, working API specs with mock data, and agentic workflows - Lead growth bets that expand beyond the core, including embedded payments, fintech in the towing vertical, and marketplace monetization
Requirements - Demonstrated ability to personally build with AI, shipping prototypes, working UI and flows, agents, and internal tools; candidates will be asked to show prior work - Senior product leadership experience, ideally including transformation of a slow, legacy, or multi-product organization into a fast, focused one - Fluency fusing product with design, UX, and frontend, and comfort operating through small, AI-accelerated pods rather than large traditional teams - Sharp product judgment, including the ability to challenge assumptions, follow data such as lost deals, churn, and usage, and separate product problems from execution problems - Strong customer instinct with a willingness to get close to end users and the sales floor, not only decision makers - Clear, direct communication with executives, boards, and internal teams
Nice to have - Background in vehicle, mobility, logistics, dispatch, or marketplace software - Experience with payments or embedded finance relevant to monetization initiatives
Benefits and work setup Remote-first within the United States with regular travel to customers and team hubs; the role is based remotely in Texas or near a major airport hub.
