Role overview Review Python code and developer-facing AI outputs against practical engineering standards. In this remote specialist contract role, you will reproduce generated solutions, identify correctness and safety issues, and write clear evidence that helps an AI modeling team improve its results. Work is asynchronous and requires at least 10 hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities - Run generated Python code in a sandbox and reproduce its behavior or failures. - Assess solutions for correctness, style, and edge-case handling. - Write small, focused unit tests that demonstrate missed cases or bugs. - Compare paired solutions and explain rankings with rubric-based reasoning. - Classify failure types, such as runtime errors, boundary mistakes, or security issues, and record severity. - Document recurring weaknesses and calibrate reviews against reference evaluations.

Requirements - Strong practical Python experience, including the ability to read, run, and debug unfamiliar code. - Comfort writing concise unit tests that isolate a specific failure. - Familiarity with a testing framework such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, Go test, or RSpec. - Clear written reasoning that can support a technical review decision. - Availability for at least 10 hours per week on an asynchronous basis. - Authorization to work in the United States.
