Responsibilities - Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for expanding machine coverage across asset types, environments, and customer segments. - Partner with engineering, AI, and data science teams to bring AI-powered workflows and agentic experiences to market. - Lead product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch measurement for assigned initiatives. - Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners to validate solutions and gather feedback. - Partner with commercial, finance, and operations teams on packaging, pricing, launch planning, and support models. - Translate customer pain points into scalable, AI-enabled solutions grounded in real industrial use cases such as root cause analysis, asset strategy, and production optimization.
Requirements - 5-7 years of product management experience. - Background building B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, IoT, or other data-driven products. - Track record of taking products from strategy through launch to measurable impact. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams. - Ability to simplify complex technical and business problems into clear product decisions. - Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have - Experience in industrial, manufacturing, operational technology, asset-heavy, or supply chain environments. - Familiarity with AI/ML products, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or agentic systems. - Experience with hardware/software platforms, sensors, IoT, or edge technologies. - Experience partnering with strategic customers to develop new offerings.
Benefits and work setup The posted pay range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 in Colorado, California, and New York City, with actual compensation depending on qualifications, certifications, and experience.
