Role overview A senior leadership role responsible for shaping the strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the enterprise business application landscape. The position blends enterprise solution architecture with hands-on functional and technical contribution, with the majority of time spent on design, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, testing, and delivery. The leader serves as the primary owner of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, partnering with business and IT teams to turn needs into scalable, supportable solutions.
Responsibilities - Act as lead solution architect and senior contributor for D365 F&O and connected systems, owning design from requirements through deployment, stabilization, and support. - Provide deep leadership across the Order to Cash lifecycle, including pricing, sales orders, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, returns, credit, and financial integration. - Guide D365 Advanced Warehouse Management and the Warehouse Management mobile app, covering inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, wave processing, and warehouse controls. - Maintain the target architecture for business systems, defining integration patterns, application boundaries, master data, security, and support responsibilities. - Manage the Business Systems roadmap, demand intake, prioritization, vendor performance, budget inputs, and operational support. - Coach team members, oversee partners and managed service providers, and uphold cybersecurity, access control, audit, and data governance standards.
Requirements - Ten or more years delivering and supporting enterprise business applications, with significant hands-on D365 F&O experience. - Five or more years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or business systems leadership roles. - Deep expertise in D365 F&O Order to Cash and its integration with inventory, warehouse, transportation, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Hands-on experience with D365 Advanced Warehouse Management and the Warehouse Management mobile app. - Experience designing enterprise integrations, APIs, data migration, batch processing, monitoring, and exception handling. - Familiarity with X++, Azure, Power Platform, SQL, data entities, and integration technologies, with the ability to read and challenge designs. - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience; background in consumer products, distribution, retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing is welcomed.
