Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate a cross-functional engineering pod supporting multiple client programs in parallel - Mentor and develop engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth - Own delivery quality and consistency across concurrent engagements - Act as the bridge between technical execution and broader program outcomes

Requirements - Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or pods in a client-facing delivery environment - Track record of growing engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development - Ability to manage delivery quality across multiple concurrent programs
