Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and lead team members to design and implement high-quality solutions aligned with technical and business requirements - Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks across the team - Produce clear documentation, test plans, and well-structured, maintainable code - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and professional growth - Develop interactive prototypes to explore innovative UI solutions - Build tested and documented code in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for responsive, cross-browser applications optimized for desktop and mobile
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience - Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript - Extensive React experience, including complex state management and architecture - Proficiency with Git workflows and branching strategies - Strong skills in browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, responsive design, and SEO best practices - Intermediate spoken English and fluent written English
Nice to have
- Professional experience with Next.js - Familiarity with additional front-end frameworks - Experience working with content management systems - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
