Senior Project Manager with Product Expertise [Talent Pool - FTE]

Role overview A senior project manager role focused on leading complex software delivery initiatives while maintaining core product management capabilities. The position blends advanced program leadership with hands-on product thinking, driving data-informed decisions across teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet quality expectations. - Build and maintain comprehensive project metrics, capacity plans, and forecasts that surface improvement opportunities. - Manage budgets and utilization strategies to maximize project profitability and return on investment. - Lead stakeholder communications, navigating complex organizational dynamics and balancing short-term client expectations with project constraints. - Maintain essential product management functions, including roadmap creation, scope refinement, tradeoff analysis, and release planning. - Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospective-driven continuous improvement, while coaching teams through technical and organizational challenges.

Requirements - Extensive project management experience within software development environments, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives. - Strong grasp of advanced project metrics, budget optimization, and data-driven capacity planning. - Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational complexity. - Practical experience with agile methodologies and tooling, plus the ability to implement and optimize project management platforms. - Working knowledge of product management fundamentals, including roadmap ownership and scope tradeoffs. - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted productivity tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude, with curiosity for emerging technologies applied to project workflows.

Nice to have - Background in digital transformation, connected products, or app/web-based product development. - Experience building data-oriented delivery cultures and mentoring teams on performance optimization.
