The Senior Product Manager blends advanced product management practices with essential project management capabilities, owning strategic vision, customer-centric innovation, and the disciplined delivery that turns clients into long-term partners. When not assigned to a specific product, the role contributes to market research and business development with strategic product insights.

Responsibilities

- Act as an ambassador for product excellence, customer-centricity, and strategic thinking. - Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients. - Run on-site and remote discovery workshops to surface customer needs and opportunities. - Create compelling product strategies aligned with business objectives and develop data-driven roadmaps. - Lead hypothesis validation and iterative product development, defining and refining requirements through collaborative client engagement. - Identify win-win expansion opportunities and pursue new business potential within existing accounts. - Maintain essential project management functions including sprint planning, budget monitoring, facilitation of ceremonies, and tracking risks and dependencies. - Implement product metrics that validate hypotheses and measure success. - Proactively identify AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enhance team productivity using tools such as Cursor, v0, and Claude. - Drive creative solutions without being constrained by previous approaches and manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond. - Navigate organizational silos and build political capital within client businesses.

Requirements

- Extensive product management experience with a track record of successful digital product launches and strategic initiatives. - Ability to create compelling product visions and make data-driven recommendations based on market analysis. - Proven ability to balance strategic product thinking with fundamental project management responsibilities. - Strong capability in building lasting client relationships and facilitating stakeholder workshops. - Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to streamline product and project workflows.
