Frontend Engineer

Role overview Take end-to-end ownership of a product interface, from its component system and motion to its performance. The work combines browser-based design and implementation with direct conversations with users, and decisions are expected to move quickly into shipped work.

Responsibilities - Own the interface across its component system, interactions, and motion. - Design and implement interface work in the browser. - Monitor and manage the interface’s performance budget. - Speak with users to understand the needs behind the interface. - Deliver work on a short cycle, with shipping planned in the same week as decisions.

Requirements - Ability to take end-to-end ownership of interface work. - Experience designing and implementing in the browser. - Ability to consider performance alongside interaction and visual design. - Comfort engaging with users and working at a fast delivery pace.
