Role overview Lead Oracle SCM Cloud delivery for enterprise clients undergoing large-scale supply chain transformations. This senior consulting position combines hands-on solution configuration with client-facing advisory work, guiding stakeholders from initial design through go-live and ongoing optimization. The role sits within a specialized cloud solutions practice that partners with customers on complex, multi-module initiatives.
Responsibilities - Engage client stakeholders to define success criteria and translate business goals into Oracle SCM Cloud solution designs - Facilitate global design workshops and build functional prototypes, communicating trade-offs and decision rationale clearly - Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud modules while managing Oracle service requests through closure - Provide post-go-live support including break-fix resolution, optimization, and adaptation for events like acquisitions or new product introductions - Identify risks early, evaluate mitigation options, and execute remediations to keep projects on track - Mentor client and internal project resources, raising overall delivery quality while continuously improving internal assets and methodology
Requirements - At least four years of hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience across modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Demand Management, or Supply Planning - Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, VCP, S&OP, or manufacturing business processes - Demonstrated functional experience with direct customer interactions, including configuration to Oracle best practices, gap analysis, functional design, training, test execution, and hypercare - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and work effectively in a remote delivery model - Active or attainable Oracle Implementation certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Planning
Nice to have - Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and ERP Financials modules - Prior exposure to large, multi-module enterprise transformations
