Requirements

- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, with the ability to maintain it. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field with 8–10 years of experience; Master's with 6–8 years; or PhD with 3–5 years (four years of relevant HW/SW systems development or acquisition experience may substitute). - 3–5 years of experience with space and ground communications systems, including a working understanding of RF communications theory. - Demonstrated success working within collaborative engineering teams and interfacing with government customers. - Background spanning requirements development, systems integration, testing, verification, and validation.

Nice to have

- Prior SETA experience supporting Intelligence Community customers in Chantilly, particularly with readiness and requirements processes. - Hands-on experience with commercial or government acquisition of satellite ground segment hardware/software or satellite-based field-set communications equipment. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science. - Familiarity with digital engineering concepts used to capture system baseline architecture.

Benefits and work setup
