About this role

Role overview The Cybersecurity Program Manager leads a large federal SETA contract delivering information assurance, FISMA and audit coordination, cyber risk and vulnerability management, and cyber defense support for a U.S. government agency's IT enterprise. The role owns cost, schedule, and performance for a program of more than 125 FTEs and serves as the primary contractor-side point of contact for the customer, partnering with a Cyber Technical Lead and a Business Manager to deliver all CDRLs and mission outcomes.

Responsibilities - Direct overall program execution, including cost, schedule, staffing, and performance metrics for a multi-task cybersecurity SETA program supporting a federal intelligence customer. - Lead a leadership team of subordinate managers, allocating work, tracking completion, and ensuring all contract deliverables are produced on time and to standard. - Act as the contractor's primary liaison with the customer and with subcontractors, overseeing staffing, training, supervision, and coordination of all program personnel. - Manage the full program budget in partnership with contracts, finance, and pricing functions, including forecasting, funding tracking, and required contract and financial reporting. - Drive business development within the assigned scope, supporting capture and proposal efforts and helping to secure follow-on work.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. - At least six years of program management experience (ten or more preferred), with at least five years in systems engineering, IT, or cybersecurity. - Demonstrated experience running SETA programs exceeding 125 FTEs and a strong record in subcontract management. - Prior work within the U.S. Intelligence Community and an active cybersecurity qualification such as CISSO or Security+. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credential. - Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, plus 16+ years of experience with a bachelor's (or 14+ with a master's), including at least six years in a management role.
