Responsibilities - Complete discrete professional assignments such as financial models, investment presentations, legal drafts or reviews, clinical or scientific analyses, and policy briefs. - Draw on practical experience to produce work that reflects real professional standards and sound judgment. - Review other contributors’ work when matched to a suitable assignment. - Work asynchronously and respond constructively to expert feedback. - Discuss your experience and availability during an initial conversation, then take on a project when there is a suitable match.

Requirements - Substantial hands-on experience owning real work in a professional field; be able to explain what you produced, who it served, and what made it challenging. - Strong professional judgment and ability to create or evaluate field-specific work. - Ability to work independently and asynchronously. - Openness to review and feedback.
