Launch Manager - Execution Framework

Role overview A Launch Manager role dedicated to orchestrating cross-functional product launches across a portfolio of software products, from intake through general availability and post-launch review. The position partners with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations to drive alignment, readiness, and momentum. It is a remote role based in Poland.

Responsibilities - Coordinate launches end-to-end, keeping teams aligned on objectives, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and readiness requirements. - Apply a standardized Launch Execution Framework, tailoring processes, templates, governance, and best practices to each launch's tier, complexity, and business impact. - Facilitate Launch Team meetings, readiness reviews, and decision forums to drive accountability and timely decisions. - Surface risks, dependencies, blockers, and readiness gaps early, coordinate mitigation plans, and escalate to leadership when needed. - Provide transparent visibility into launch health, including milestone progress, risks, decisions, and items needing leadership attention. - Coordinate several concurrent launches and complex workstreams, adapting processes as requirements and ambiguity evolve, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of launch tooling and automation.

Requirements - 5+ years in Launch Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or a related cross-functional role within a SaaS or technology company. - Demonstrated experience coordinating complex initiatives across many teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities. - Strong organizational and project planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple launches simultaneously. - Skilled facilitator and communicator, comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority, building alignment and accountability. - Critical thinking and problem-solving strength, with sound judgment on risk, ambiguity, dependencies, and escalation.
