Role overview Drive product strategy and hands-on execution for AI and data SaaS products serving the multifamily rentals industry. Combine big-picture portfolio thinking with day-to-day discovery, customer engagement, and delivery alongside engineering, design, analytics, and data science partners.
Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery through launch. - Run market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to surface business insights and unmet needs. - Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality products quickly. - Define product metrics and performance indicators to measure success. - Manage the backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven tradeoffs on resource allocation. - Engage deeply with multifamily operator customers to understand buyer and user pain points. - Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities. - Work with stakeholders to refine and optimize product execution processes.
Requirements - 8-10 years of product management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. - Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, translating complex concepts into actionable plans. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Solid experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform decisions. - Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment with strong organizational and project management skills.
