Product Designer

Role overview

Translate complex digital governance and financial concepts into products that feel clear, trustworthy, and easy to use. You will own the design process end to end, balancing user research and information architecture with detailed interaction design and a consistent visual system.

Responsibilities

- Lead discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and product design from concept through delivery. - Design intuitive flows for activities such as connecting a wallet, reviewing proposals, and understanding on-chain information. - Create and maintain a design system that keeps the product coherent across features and states. - Design onboarding, empty states, errors, and other non-happy-path experiences with the same care as primary workflows. - Develop clear trust signals that help users distinguish authentic product experiences from potential phishing or impersonation attempts. - Collaborate closely with engineers so designs remain practical within implementation constraints.

Requirements

- Strong product design experience across discovery, systems thinking, and execution. - Advanced proficiency with Figma. - Ability to simplify complicated mechanics, data, and workflows without losing important meaning. - Experience designing complete user journeys, including edge cases and failure states. - Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineering partners. - Comfort working within React or Tailwind-style implementation constraints.
