Digital Project Manager

Role overview

Lead the delivery of digital features and web projects from initial requirements through completion. This role connects clients with design and development teams, turning business goals into clear creative and technical work while keeping scope, timing, budget, quality, and communication on track.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities through to timely, high-quality delivery. - Gather and clarify client requirements, maintain strong working relationships, and manage expectations. - Organise UX workshops and translate findings into actionable design and development tasks. - Coordinate project development and ensure delivery teams have the information and support they need. - Track delivery status and budget costs, providing regular updates to agency management. - Review design and development output and support quality assurance activities.

Requirements

- At least 2–3 years of digital project management experience, ideally in a web agency. - Experience managing web design and development projects. - Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with an agile delivery approach, preferably Kanban. - Strong organisation, process discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. - A client-focused, adaptable, and practical problem-solving approach.

Nice to have

- Experience leading remote project teams or working in an agency environment. - Familiarity with the Drupal CMS. - Knowledge of UX processes such as wireframing, usability testing, user research, and audits. - Experience reviewing creative and technical work for quality.

This is a full-time remote role for candidates working from Ireland or the UK during standard business hours of 9:00–17:30 GMT.
