Senior Product Manager

Role overview

This Senior Product Manager role takes day-to-day ownership of a global talent cloud platform that powers a remote technical talent marketplace spanning more than 135 countries. The position sits at the intersection of the ongoing transformations in staffing and software development, with a mandate to drive prioritization, roadmap, and product quality while shaping how AI reshapes the platform's next chapter.

Responsibilities

- Own full lifecycle prioritization across the platform's client, operational, and talent user bases - Identify and close feature gaps that push staff into off-platform workarounds, with a mandate to reduce running costs - Build and maintain product metrics, funnels, and analytics that guide decisions and surface issues proactively - Partner closely with the operations team, whose daily workflows depend on the platform, to surface what matters most - Work alongside a fast-moving engineering team to uphold a high quality bar and manage customer communications - Guide thoughtful AI integration across engineering workflows, product requirements, and user-facing capabilities

Requirements

- Track record managing a platform where operations teams are core users, ideally within a company at $50M+ revenue scale - Genuine, hands-on curiosity about modern AI tooling and a clear sense of where the industry is heading - Self-directed ownership style: identifies problems, takes them end-to-end, and drives them to completion without close management - 5+ years of product management experience with a clear history of shipping work that drives measurable value; prior engineering background is a strong plus - Cross-functional leadership skills, including the instinct to ask probing questions that reveal the real requirement behind a vague ask - At least 6 hours of daily overlap with US West Coast hours (8 AM–2 PM PT)
