Product Manager, Financial Data - Private Markets & Deals

Role overview Shape the roadmap for financial data products focused on private markets, shareholders and deals. The work connects structured data offerings with the research, diligence, deal-sourcing and ownership-analysis workflows of financial professionals. You will define product needs, improve the data available to users and coordinate delivery with technical and business partners.

Responsibilities - Set near- and mid-term roadmaps for private-market, shareholder and deals content, balancing client needs and business priorities. - Develop a detailed understanding of analyst, investment banking and corporate development workflows. - Identify gaps in data coverage and prioritize sourcing or coverage improvements. - Write and prioritize product requirements based on customer discovery and feedback, including needs around data quality and discoverability. - Coordinate with data platform teams to support reliable sourcing pipelines and delivery. - Establish quality checks for content coverage, accuracy and completeness, and work with engineering, design and go-to-market teams on launches and adoption.

Requirements - At least two years of product management experience building SaaS products with engineering and agile delivery teams. - Experience with financial data and search products. - Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce product requirements and roadmaps that align stakeholders. - Organization and attention to detail in managing a complex backlog and delivering features end to end. - Strategic curiosity about financial client workflows and pain points. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or a related field.

Nice to have - Familiarity with AI-powered search or workflow tools.

Benefits and work setup The listed base salary range is CAD $100,000–$139,000. A performance-based bonus, equity and benefits may also be offered.
