Fullstack Software Engineer Senior Consultant I

Role overview Design and deliver full-stack applications and integrations supporting legal, compliance, and other enterprise operations. This hands-on role covers backend services, user interfaces, and cloud operations, with partial ownership of technical solutions and participation in design decisions. Some projects include conversational interfaces embedded in web applications.

Responsibilities - Build and deploy application features using React, Java with Spring Boot, and Python. - Create reusable, responsive interface components and connect them to secure backend APIs and microservices. - Integrate internal systems and external vendor platforms, including chatbot experiences with message flows, response rendering, and user input handling. - Deploy cloud-native applications and contribute to container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines. - Work with product, architecture, engineering, and business partners to refine requirements and address security and performance needs. - Maintain quality through unit and integration testing, code review, and sound engineering practices.

Requirements - At least two years of professional full-stack development experience. - Practical experience building web applications with React and backend services with Java/Spring Boot or Python. - Ability to design and work with REST APIs, application integrations, and cloud-hosted systems. - Familiarity with automated testing, code review, and secure, maintainable development practices. - Clear communication and collaboration skills for work in a large, governed enterprise environment.

Nice to have Experience integrating generative AI or language model capabilities into enterprise applications, including retrieval-augmented generation or related frameworks. Docker, Kubernetes, Azure or AWS, and CI/CD tools are also useful.
