Senior Product Engineer / Technical Operations Lead

Role overview Take software problems from early requirements through design, implementation, release, and ongoing operation. This is a senior, hands-on product engineering role spanning client systems, web applications, internal tools, and backend services, with responsibility for both building new capabilities and diagnosing production issues.

Responsibilities - Design and deliver features, services, and client systems across TypeScript, React, Next.js, backend logic, databases, and external integrations. - Turn unclear product or client needs into practical technical designs, data models, APIs, and workflows. - Write production code and deliver changes through branches, pull requests, reviews, and deployment checks. - Improve existing systems through refactoring and targeted technical debt reduction. - Investigate live issues across application code, data, APIs, hosting, and provider systems; provide clear updates to affected users. - Verify changes with focused tests, database and log checks, and API or browser smoke tests; document outcomes and operational runbooks. - Handle production changes and credentials with care.

Requirements - Strong full-stack experience shipping production software with TypeScript, React, Next.js, APIs, and databases. - Evidence of building features or systems from scratch, as well as maintaining existing software. - Practical Postgres or Supabase skills, including schema design, migrations, access control, storage, performance, and data inspection. - Ability to own the full cycle from design and development to testing, deployment, and debugging. - Willingness to work with Xano, platform APIs, automation tools, and client-specific workflows. - Strong Git and GitHub practices, including branches, pull requests, reviews, and CI; able to use logs and runtime data to reproduce issues. - Excellent written English; Spanish is a plus. - Good judgment around production risk and secure handling of credentials.

Nice to have - Experience designing multi-tenant or client-specific systems from the ground up. - Familiarity with Vercel, Cloudflare, provider APIs, CRM systems, or administrative tools. - Background in product engineering, consulting, agency, or SaaS work, including supporting multiple products or client systems.
