Data & Insights Technical Consultant (CJA) (100% Remote) (EMEA Only)

Role overview

Translate complex business and measurement needs into robust implementations across customer data, journey analytics, collection, and activation platforms. This is a customer-facing technical consulting role combining solution design, integrations, documentation, presentations, enablement, and collaboration with architecture and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

- Implement and optimize Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Edge Data Collection, and analytics solutions for enterprise customers. - Convert business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, data models, and implementation plans. - Build or guide API integrations, tag-management approaches, event-data flows, and scalable connections across systems. - Work with business consultants, data architects, and enterprise architects on integrated solutions and custom architecture requirements. - Prepare customer presentations, technical documentation, data dictionaries, and enablement materials. - Mentor internal and customer teams, contribute to technical thought leadership, and maintain clear project and interaction records.

Requirements

- At least 8 years in technical, customer-facing roles involving enterprise software implementation. - At least 2 years of direct experience with Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, or Analytics. - Working knowledge of Edge Data Collection for web and mobile environments. - Proficiency in API integration, tag management, data modeling, solution architecture, and Adobe Experience Platform Tags. - Experience supporting single-page applications, web development, mobile SDKs, marketing technology, and analytics. - Comfortable using JavaScript; Python and SQL experience is preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience applying AI or machine learning to segmentation, predictive analytics, or automation. - Database or data-model design experience, automation or scripting for large-scale analysis, and knowledge of Scala or R. - Experience in industries such as retail, finance, or healthcare. - Familiarity with web, mobile, or OTT media delivery and privacy or consent requirements.
