Senior Solutions Engineer

Role overview A senior pre-sales engineering role partnering with account executives to close complex enterprise deals in the identity and fraud prevention space. The position focuses on clearing technical hurdles through tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concept design, and architecture reviews for financial institutions and fintech clients.

Responsibilities - Lead custom product demonstrations and guide prospects through user acceptance testing environments - Design and manage proof-of-concept exercises, including architecture and security reviews - Scope the proposed solution and hand it off to the implementation team for execution - Translate intricate technical requirements for both technical and business-minded stakeholders - Act as the bridge between sales, product, engineering, and professional services throughout the deal cycle

Requirements - 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar) supporting complex enterprise motions - Hands-on experience with identity and fraud in fintech or banking - Strong presentation and active-listening skills, including the ability to ask targeted follow-up questions - Working knowledge of APIs, including making calls with tools such as cURL or Postman - Ability to read and understand object-oriented code (scripting or coding ability is a strong plus) - Comfort operating amid ambiguity while maintaining integrity

Nice to have - Familiarity with single- and multi-tenant architectures, SSO, resiliency, and encryption patterns in AWS - Experience designing and running POCs against large datasets
