About this role
Role overview A senior product role driving the strategy and development of new AI-native capabilities that help organizations coordinate complex critical-event response workflows. The position owns the product from zero to one, partnering closely with engineering and design to rapidly prototype, ship, and scale solutions for thousands of teams.
Responsibilities - Develop deep expertise in security, safety, business continuity, IT, and operations personas, including how their work is structured, staffed, measured, and escalated - Run continuous customer discovery through interviews, workflow walk-throughs, and feedback sessions that yield concrete problem statements - Own the roadmap for AI capabilities, deciding what to build, defer, or decline with reasoned tradeoffs - Translate customer problems into specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones for engineering and design - Break large initiatives into releasable increments that deliver customer value early - Track AI, automation, and integration trends and translate them into roadmap implications
Requirements - 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product or major area - Experience taking a product or major capability from zero to one, from defining the problem through shipping first versions - Prior work on AI-native products such as workflow automation, process orchestration, integration platforms, or agentic tooling - Working understanding of how AI and LLM-based capabilities are designed into products, including where guardrails are needed - Systems mindset that naturally thinks in workflows, dependencies, and triggers - Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete or conflicting data - Advanced written and verbal communication, with fluency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics
