Role overview
This position drives complex product initiatives on a 3–12 month horizon within a B2B digital services environment. The Product Manager owns the full lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch, pricing, and iteration, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing groups. The work blends market sensing, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to ship high-quality products on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Scan the market and competitive landscape to surface new product opportunities and extensions over a 12–18 month horizon, including early diligence on potential business or technology partnerships - Translate strategic needs from internal stakeholders such as sales, customer care, and network development into prioritized requirements, projects, and analysis - Build business cases, define pricing, and develop product roadmaps that build consensus and set clear expectations across teams - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, form product hypotheses, design test plans, and feed learnings back into ongoing development - Define success and failure metrics, run beta and pilot programs, and iterate quickly based on results - Lead product launches and deliver demos to internal teams and clients as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred - 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally within service-oriented, high-tech, or advanced CRM environments - 3 years of progressively increasing project or management responsibility - Demonstrated ability to analyze trends and market developments - Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and confident presentation abilities - Blend of project management, financial, and technical aptitude, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and foresee issues across the product lifecycle
