Software Engineer II, Fullstack (International)

Role overview Build and operate consumer-facing products for international markets, including app and direct-to-consumer experiences. The team ships changes to users across geographies, measures their impact, and works in a fast-moving environment where engineers take ownership, shift between contexts, and contribute openly to product decisions and implementation.

Responsibilities - Break larger projects into phased tasks and collaborate with teammates to deliver them on time. - Partner with product, design, and analytics to explore ideas, surface technical constraints, and weigh risks and tradeoffs. - Develop web experiences and backend APIs that support consumer products across markets. - Monitor operational metrics, escalate issues, and contribute to service availability and on-call support. - Navigate existing code, review changes, and participate in team development activities such as interviewing.

Requirements - At least 1.5 years of software engineering experience. - Experience shipping web applications with a declarative UI framework such as React or Vue. - Experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using Python, Kotlin, or similar languages. - Ability to translate a problem into a solution across software components and write clear, tested, extensible code. - Comfortable debugging a large codebase and giving constructive code review feedback. - Strong written and verbal communication, a willingness to seek feedback, and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team.

Benefits and work setup UK-based remote role. The listed annual base pay range is £101,000–£149,000. The compensation package may include equity, monthly health, wellness, and technology stipends, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
