Role overview This senior program management role leads high-visibility planning and transformation initiatives for a consumer finance technology company that offers point-of-sale lending products. The position operates at the intersection of strategy, product, and engineering, designing operational frameworks and planning engines that power how technology is built and delivered.
Responsibilities - Drive complex, multi-disciplinary transformation programs that improve how products are planned, built, and shipped - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy, priorities, and key decisions - Implement lean processes and a culture of continuous iteration, asking the questions that sharpen priorities - Establish data-driven operational frameworks tied to OKRs that accelerate value realization and guide investment decisions - Build communication strategies so critical information flows seamlessly across the organization - Identify systemic inefficiencies, manage dependencies, and bring transparency and accountability to change initiatives
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience - 8+ years of program, process, and change management experience in a technology-focused environment - Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development lifecycles - Demonstrated success partnering with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams - Track record implementing scalable frameworks and building relationships in a remote-friendly culture - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
