About this role
Role overview A Change Manager drives the people side of Digital Services transformation work spanning multiple countries and sites. The position prepares teams, leaders, and end users to adopt new ways of working through structured engagement, clear communications, training, and readiness planning. Working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Business Owners, the role owns adoption outcomes and helps embed lasting benefits once new systems go live.
Responsibilities - Shape and maintain the change strategy and integrated plan for each digital project, tying activities to scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks - Diagnose organisational, operational, and site-level impact to surface adoption risks, readiness gaps, and needed interventions - Define measurable change, readiness, and adoption outcomes and channel progress, risks, and corrective actions through project governance - Build stakeholder engagement plans that reach across countries, sites, functions, and senior leadership groups - Produce audience-specific communications so country and site teams understand what is changing, why, when, and what action is required of them - Coordinate the creation and delivery of role-based training content, quick-reference materials, and supporting documentation, including attendance tracking and follow-up - Stand up a sustainable network of local change agents or champions to reinforce communication, training, and feedback loops - Drive site-readiness planning and coordinate go-live hypercare, including issue triage, daily reporting, and a smooth handover into business-as-usual support - Listen for resistance themes and adoption barriers and recommend practical mitigations in partnership with the Project Manager - Contribute to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, benefits realisation, and ongoing improvement of the change framework
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management, business, communications, organisational development, project management, healthcare, digital transformation, or a related discipline - Proven track record leading change-management activity on digital, technology, operational, or transformation initiatives - Experience coordinating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, local readiness, and go-live support across multiple sites or countries - Background working alongside Project Managers, Business Owners, operational leaders, technology teams, and external suppliers - Healthcare or another regulated, multi-site environment experience strongly preferred - Fluent professional English; additional European market languages are an advantage
Nice to have - A recognised change-management qualification or hands-on use of a structured change methodology - Certification in project management, training, facilitation, or process improvement - Experience standing up change-agent or champion networks and sustaining adoption after implementation
