Head of AI / AI Strategic Consultant

Role overview Advise enterprise clients on how to set direction for AI and turn promising opportunities into production initiatives with measurable business value. This senior role combines executive advisory, strategic planning, and technical leadership; it calls for enough AI depth to evaluate feasibility and guide specialists, rather than day-to-day model development.

Responsibilities - Advise senior executives and business leaders on where AI can create value and how to pursue it. - Define AI strategies and roadmaps, including initiative priorities, investment cases, and expected returns. - Assess opportunities across functions such as operational efficiency, revenue growth, customer experience, and risk management. - Establish or expand AI centers of excellence, operating models, and capability-building programs. - Connect business goals to delivery plans and work with architects and implementation teams to bring initiatives into production. - Track developments in machine learning, generative AI, large language models, and agentic systems, and explain their relevance to clients. - Lead adoption and change efforts, including workshops, communications, and AI literacy programs; contribute to proposals and ongoing client relationships.

Requirements - A master’s degree in computer science, AI, business, economics, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage. - Extensive experience in AI, data, or digital transformation, including senior consulting or industry leadership. - Evidence of setting AI strategy and carrying initiatives from concept to measurable impact. - Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI, with technical judgment to challenge architecture and assess feasibility. - Experience leading AI programs, transformation initiatives, or centers of excellence. - Strong executive stakeholder skills, workshop facilitation, and clear presentation and communication in English. - Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding, and onsite work.
