About this role
Role overview A Data Program Associate role on the Product team focused on pushing forward healthcare data products through AI-driven curation and acquisition. The work centers on building agents, evaluating quality, maintaining ongoing systems, and occasionally acquiring new third-party datasets to keep data assets the trusted foundation of the platform.
Responsibilities - Build AI agents to acquire new data, define how data quality is measured, and identify improvements in data and processes. - Partner with product teams to coordinate deployment of data into the product for customers. - Help define KPIs for measuring dataset quality, tied to customer outcomes. - Execute on new data acquisition with third parties, including coordination, contracting processes, and alignment to business value.
Requirements - 0-5 years of relevant experience, such as data analyst or light engineering. - Empathy for customer problems and a desire to understand, question, and improve user experiences. - Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, R, SQL, or similar). - Highly organized, able to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously. - Comfortable with spreadsheets and structuring analyses and summaries from them. - Comfortable with ambiguity, often structuring thinking in writing to sort through open problems. - Clear, concise communication with the ability to reason through tradeoffs and tell stories using data. - Bias toward action and eagerness to learn new skills around building AI systems, including quality evaluation.
Nice to have - Experience engaging external vendors and going through discovery processes.
