Role overview
Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform as part of a team supporting federal government clients. The role blends configuration, custom development, reporting, and third-party integration work, with hands-on involvement in unit testing, defect resolution, production migration, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements - Build custom solutions and third-party integrations to extend platform capabilities - Develop reports and support data migration activities where applicable - Carry out unit testing and defect resolution, then migrate validated changes through to production - Contribute to technical design documentation and collaborate with stakeholders across the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of JavaScript coding and development experience within ServiceNow environments - Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals - Eligibility to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (admin or higher)
Benefits and work setup
- Base pay range of $65,900 to $126,000 USD depending on location and experience, with compensation varying across listed states and the District of Columbia - Comprehensive benefits package - Ongoing application process with no fixed deadline
