SAP Pricing, Purchase Order, and Rebates Manager

Role overview

Lead pricing, purchase order, and rebate operations, coordinating strategy and execution across procurement and related business teams. The role combines SAP-based process management with analysis, compliance oversight, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of pricing and purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

- Manage pricing approaches, purchase order processing, and rebate programs to support efficient and profitable operations. - Use SAP Acquisitions to streamline procurement processes and maintain accurate data. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop pricing models and rebate structures. - Review market trends and performance information to adjust pricing and rebate approaches. - Ensure purchasing, pricing, and rebate activities follow applicable policies and industry regulations. - Produce reports on pricing performance, order status, and rebate effectiveness. - Identify workflow improvements and act as a contact for internal and external stakeholders on pricing, orders, and rebates.

Requirements

- At least seven years of SAP experience. - Experience with SAP purchase pricing and procurement. - Experience with Vistex or a comparable procurement, trade promotion, and rebate solution. - Background managing pricing models and purchase order cycles. - Familiarity with SAP Acquisitions pricing tools. - US citizenship without dual citizenship, and eligibility to obtain a government Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

- Vendor negotiation or contract management experience. - Background in automation, workflow improvement, or compliance monitoring. - Knowledge of enterprise analytics or reporting tools. - Experience leading cross-functional projects.
