Requirements - 8+ years of Oracle Retail Merchandising experience, including at least 3 years leading functional delivery. - At least two full-lifecycle cloud merchandising implementations taken through go-live. - Deep functional knowledge of item, purchasing, pricing, inventory, and cost management. - Working knowledge of RICS, REST APIs, and integrations with point-of-sale, warehouse, ecommerce, and ERP systems. - Hands-on data conversion experience, including loading and reconciliation. - Experience leading workshops with merchants, planners, and finance leaders. - Strong design documentation and status reporting skills. - Able to work onsite at the customer’s Los Angeles offices and travel to the client site.
Nice to have - Apparel, footwear, or specialty retail experience, including seasonal assortments and style, color, and size items. - Direct-to-consumer or omnichannel experience across ecommerce, stores, and wholesale. - Exposure to Oracle Retail allocation, pricing, sales audit, or retail analytics products; related retail systems; cloud certification; or systems integration consulting.
