PowerApps Developer

Role overview A hands-on developer role focused on configuring Microsoft Power Platform components and delivering customized solutions that meet evolving business needs. The position sits inside a cross-functional agile delivery team supporting federal-sector modernization, with responsibility for analysis, build, test, deployment, and documentation.

Responsibilities - Configure Power Platform components and build tailored Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows - Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premises solutions that integrate with the Power Platform - Translate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes into working technical implementations - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve errors while supporting testing, deployment, and documentation activities - Collaborate with product owners, testers, and architects inside an agile delivery cadence - Use Git branching, code reviews, and pull requests to manage source control and code quality

Requirements - 2+ years developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate - 2+ years developing SharePoint Online and on-premises solutions - 1+ years developing Power Platform Model-Driven applications - 1+ years working with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Bootstrap - 1+ years working with JSON, XML, REST, and APIs in support of low-code or no-code platforms - 1+ years on agile delivery teams with testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and technical authoring experience - 1+ years using Git for branching, merging, code reviews, and pull requests - Experience architecting solutions that combine Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra

Nice to have - 1+ years developing with C# or another object-oriented language - 1+ years developing Power BI solutions - 1+ years building SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions - Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for the Power Platform using Azure DevOps - Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or Developer Associate (PL-400) certification
