Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Lead

Role overview Lead functional delivery of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions from discovery through deployment. You will work with stakeholders to translate planning needs into system designs and configurations, then guide testing, rollout, and follow-up improvements.

Responsibilities - Elicit and document business needs, existing processes, and functional and technical requirements. - Design planning models, data flows, integrations, security, and user experience; configure the solution, including scripts and data integrations. - Plan and lead system testing and user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and validate accuracy and performance. - Prepare cutover plans, train users, support go-live, and document operating procedures. - Review implementations after launch and identify opportunities to improve the solution.

Requirements - Experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud or budget planning and execution solutions. - Experience with budget planning and execution in a federal environment.

Nice to have - Experience integrating EPM Cloud with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle ERP Cloud financial systems. - Additional experience in federal organizations.
