Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) Database Administrator & ETL Engineer

Role overview Manage cloud data warehouse environments and build the pipelines that make their data usable for analytics and reporting. The work spans Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse administration, data integration, performance tuning, security, and dimensional modeling, in collaboration with analytics, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities - Provision and maintain warehouse environments and related cloud resources. - Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and staging. - Design and maintain star schemas and dimensional data models for reporting. - Monitor and tune database performance, storage use, and query efficiency. - Manage access controls and document data models, pipeline mappings, and configurations. - Work with analytics and engineering partners to support reporting and modeling needs.

Requirements - 3–5 years in database administration, data engineering, or ETL engineering. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and OCI Data Integration. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure administration and configuration. - Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. - Experience designing and maintaining star schemas and dimensional models. - U.S. citizenship, including dual citizenship, is required.

Nice to have Experience connecting the warehouse to Oracle Analytics Cloud; familiarity with OCI Object Storage, Data Catalog, Data Flow, or GoldenGate; and knowledge of cloud data warehousing, ETL/ELT practices, governance, metadata management, or cloud security.
