Growth and Sales Technical Architect

Role overview A senior architect role focused on shaping the technical strategy and narrative for high-stakes bid responses targeting large public-sector clients. The position blends hands-on architectural design with proposal leadership, requiring someone who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling written and visual responses that differentiate the offering in competitive evaluations.

Responsibilities - Lead the architectural design and technical narrative for RFI and RFP responses. - Coordinate with solution architects, enterprise architects, and SMEs to build unified enterprise solutions. - Integrate reusable assets and accelerators into proposed architectures. - Provide fact-based evidence that distinguishes the technical approach from competitors. - Translate technical concepts into clear written responses for evaluators. - Design and render architectural diagrams that visually communicate system interactions. - Shape overall technical strategy for consequential engagements.

Requirements - 10+ years designing and delivering IT solutions with measurable outcomes such as cloud migrations, security improvements, or operational efficiencies. - 3+ years leading architectural strategy and technical responses for complex bids, including RFPs for large enterprises. - 3+ years of demonstrated written and verbal communication skills through winning proposals and executive-level presentations. - 3+ years across domains including cloud architecture, cloud migration, cybersecurity and compliance, Zero Trust, data architecture, AI/GenAI, application development, DevSecOps, and infrastructure operations. - 3+ years of technical depth in at least two of those domains. - 3+ years of experience producing architectural diagrams and graphics to illustrate complex system interactions.

Nice to have - Prior government management consulting experience.
