PKI Engineer

Role overview Join a large global cybersecurity practice to design, deploy, and operate public key infrastructure for enterprise environments. The position is remote-first from anywhere in Spain with hybrid flexibility, and requires current legal work authorization in the country. The work centers on digital certification, electronic signatures, time stamping, validation services, and applied cryptography that protects data and communications.

Responsibilities - Design and roll out public key infrastructure across corporate environments - Administer and maintain certification authorities and the broader digital certification platform - Deliver electronic signature, time stamping, and certificate validation services - Configure and monitor cryptographic solutions that safeguard data in transit and at rest

Requirements - Demonstrable experience with PKI, electronic signatures, and cryptography - Solid knowledge of digital certificate management and certification authorities - Hands-on experience implementing and configuring digital security solutions - University degree in an ICT or related technical field - Professional-level English

Nice to have - Deep familiarity with eIDAS regulation - Operational experience with PKI platforms such as Entrust, SIAVAL, or EJBCA - Background with electronic signature systems from Entrust or SIAVAL - HSM administration and integration, ideally with Thales hardware
