Staff GTM Engineer

Role overview Design and build AI-enabled workflows that help sales, marketing, and customer success teams work more effectively. This senior technical role sits across revenue operations, analytics, and engineering, translating business needs into dependable tools and integrations. The position is remote within the United States or Canada, with in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Responsibilities - Work with revenue operations and go-to-market leaders to find and prioritize valuable AI use cases. - Build automations for data enrichment, lead scoring, summarization, routing, and sales intelligence. - Develop Python scripts, internal APIs, and integrations that connect SaaS tools. - Integrate and assess AI and automation platforms, including OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, and Tray. - Deploy internal tools and applications, and help establish scalable, governed AI workflows. - Use analytics and operational results to improve efficiency, customer experience, and cost to serve.

Requirements - Experience applying business strategy to go-to-market problems, such as in revenue operations, sales, or consulting. - Analytics experience and the ability to turn findings into practical action. - Strong technical experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and SaaS automation. - Experience applying AI to business workflows, governance, infrastructure, or operations. - Understanding of data enrichment, revenue automation, sales intelligence, and supporting systems. - Experience deploying internal tools using cloud platforms or comparable application environments.

Nice to have - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Tableau, or Looker; equivalent tools are relevant. - Experience with Retool, Streamlit, chat bots, Git, or vector databases.
