About this role
We're a DTC brand selling beauty products. We run paid ads on Meta and TikTok and need someone who can turn a pile of raw and existing footage into high-converting short-form video ads.
What you'll do: - Take large amounts of existing video material and cut them into punchy ad creatives - Produce conversion-focused videos for Meta (Reels/Feed) and TikTok - Iterate quickly: many variations of hooks, intros and angles for testing - Keep a consistent flow of fresh creatives week over week
