T-Shirt Designer

Looking for a designer to create a custom T-shirt featuring a Red-Tailed Hawk. The design will be used as a symbol for a non-profit organization helping people in need. Require the rights to the design and preferably the ability to have the t-shirt printed and shipped. The front should feature a minimal version of the hawk, while the back should have a majestic Red-Tailed Hawk with a mountain and nature scene in the background. Open to compromises based on limitations.
