Jr DevOps Engineer

Come help us build the next application and intelligence layer for modern philanthropy.

The work: AWS through Terraform, Docker deployments with autoscaling, GitHub Actions pipelines, production code in Go, Python, JavaScript, and React, Postgres, and the observability stack behind all of it. Small team, senior engineers guiding you, scope that grows as you do.

You will work directly with nonprofit partners as they adopt what we build and bring their feedback back into the product. You will support partners through technical consultation. You will get stretch time to work on passion projects.

Looking for 1 to 3 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or full stack, working proficiency in Python or Go, production experience on AWS or similar, CI/CD you have actually maintained, and some Docker and Terraform. US work authorization required, no sponsorship.

$70,000 to $106,000. Fully remote with a monthly stipend. Foundation-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your family. 401k matched to 6 percent plus a discretionary year-end match. Unlimited PTO and 11 holidays. Six months of gender-neutral paid parental leave.
