About this role
We are hiring AI Training Specialists to work on structured tasks that teach AI models to be more accurate, helpful, and reliable. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Organization: Alignerr. Type: Hourly Contract. Location: Remote. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week. What You'll Do: Complete structured tasks that directly train and improve AI systems. Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats. Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, tone, and c
