AI Engineer

I'm recruiting for a Series A company looking for a high-impact AI Engineer to build its AI infrastructure and agentic workflows from the ground up. You will build production agents as well as reusable APIs and tools that other teams can use to create their own AI workflows. Looking for: 3+ years of software engineering experience, 1-2+ years building production AI systems, strong Python and/or TypeScript, real experience building agentic / LLM workflows end to end, and experience building APIs, tooling or infrastructure for other engineers. Ideally e-commerce, logistics, 3PL or similar B2B experience. Bonus: MCP, RAG, vector DBs, agent orchestration and eval frameworks. Comp: $180K-$230K + equity. Location: Fully remote within North America.
