Python Developer

Role overview This is a remote position for a Python Developer focused on building and maintaining software solutions. The role involves working with Python to design, implement, and improve applications, services, or tools in a distributed team setting.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, services, or scripts - Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following established engineering practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to define requirements, review designs, and ship features - Debug, profile, and resolve performance or reliability issues in existing systems - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment workflows

Requirements - Hands-on professional experience developing with Python - Familiarity with common Python frameworks, libraries, and packaging tools - Understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and version control - Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously with a distributed team - Comfort with reading, debugging, and refactoring existing codebases
