Job details
About this role
Role overview
Build secure, production-ready AI tools that improve go-to-market work and measurable revenue outcomes. This senior hands-on engineering role also partners with business leaders to discover opportunities, shape an AI roadmap, weigh build-versus-partner-versus-buy choices, and guide adoption across field teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with go-to-market leaders, revenue operations, and product owners to map business processes, identify opportunities, and assess feasibility, cost, and risk. - Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation, structured data querying, and agent-based workflows. - Treat solutions as products: establish monitoring and evaluation, protect customer and commercial data, and measure results against business indicators. - Partner with enablement, operations, and frontline managers to roll out tools, train users, and collect practical feedback. - Improve shared engineering assets such as retrieval pipelines, reference architectures, data connectors, and implementation playbooks. - Mentor engineers and help strengthen team standards and technical approaches.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional software engineering experience, including three or more years working directly on AI or machine learning projects. - Experience shaping and delivering AI strategy and working solutions for go-to-market functions such as sales, marketing, or partner enablement. - Ability to take ambiguous business needs through discovery, technical design, production delivery, and measurement of impact. - Strong judgment around security, scalability, monitoring, evaluation, and handling sensitive customer or commercial data. - Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with senior business stakeholders and engineering teams. - Comfort moving between strategic advice and hands-on implementation in a changing environment.
