About this role
Role overview A SaaS company that builds finance software running natively inside a leading ERP platform is hiring a GTM Engineer to lead its go-to-market engineering function. The mission is to bring AI natively into revenue workflows, design the data, integration, and automation layer behind pipeline generation, and evolve the BDR team into GTM engineers who can build and operate their own systems. The role is for someone who thinks in systems, not isolated touchpoints.

Requirements - 4+ years of hands-on experience personally building GTM automation and integrations, not only directing others - Deep expertise with Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform - Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance - Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to build and fix workflows independently - Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Looker - Proven track record applying LLMs and agentic tooling to real revenue workflows - Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC and multi-touch attribution - Solid grasp of deliverability, data quality, and compliance requirements including GDPR and CAN-SPAM - Experience managing or mentoring a team and translating ambiguous business problems into working systems
Nice to have - Prior BDR or SDR experience
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, globally distributed team with a high-trust, low-management culture - Flexible setup designed for self-driven professionals; specific benefits vary by country of residence - US employment is at-will; non-US hires receive a fixed-term or permanent contract per local law
