Role overview
A principal product management role responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a critical product area within a large consumer technology business. The position operates as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, leading cross-functional teams to ship innovative experiences that balance customer insight, technical feasibility, and business outcomes at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead a cohesive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a high-impact product area, aligned to overall business objectives and market opportunities. - Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution, from discovery and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization, using data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform prioritization and trade-offs. - Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences that improve customer engagement and business performance. - Define success metrics and evaluate product performance using both quantitative and qualitative inputs, iterating on features, user journeys, and platform capabilities based on findings. - Represent product strategy to senior leaders and key stakeholders, communicating clear narratives, building consensus on priorities, and surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of product management experience for technology products, including substantial work leading complex consumer or platform products at scale. - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products, using data to shape strategy, prioritize trade-offs, and iterate after launch. - Proven track record of driving organization-level product strategies, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring other product managers or cross-functional partners.

- Eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location. - Remote work from any of the 50 U.S. states, with limited exceptions. - For candidates based in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, or Washington, DC, a standard base pay range of $182,100 to $290,900 annually, with actual compensation varying by experience, performance, and location.
