Director, Analytics

Role overview A senior analytics leadership role focused on partnering with clients and internal teams to turn complex data into clear business recommendations. The position sits at the intersection of marketing measurement, advanced analytics, media strategy, and data storytelling, with responsibility for shaping client strategy and scaling best practices across categories. It reports to the VP of Data Science & Analytics and operates as a remote role based in the U.S.

Responsibilities - Translate complex analytics and measurement findings into persuasive narratives that connect insights to client business priorities - Develop analytics approaches aligned with client objectives spanning acquisition, retention, lifetime value, media, and optimization strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders - Apply and advocate for best-in-class measurement methodologies, including test/holdout-based incrementality, and educate clients on strengths, limitations, and business implications - Identify patterns across clients, campaigns, and categories and convert them into repeatable frameworks, best practices, and recommendations that raise the consistency and quality of analytics deliverables - Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, including onboarding, workload prioritization, performance management, feedback, recognition, and career development, while mentoring mid-level analysts in both technical and client-facing skills - Serve as analytics lead and subject matter expert for select strategic initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and other teams to move work from concept through implementation - Support the development and adoption of predictive and adaptive machine learning and AI solutions, translating model outputs into clear business recommendations

Requirements - 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, media analytics, or a related discipline, with progression in responsibility and client impact - Proven ability to translate complex analytics into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for client and business audiences - Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills - 3+ years in analytics leadership roles, ideally with team management experience - Working familiarity with Python, SQL, and Tableau or comparable analytical and visualization tools, plus experience with ML or AI models - Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field

Nice to have - Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, or Travel - Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more analytics, measurement, media, or industry areas
