UX Researcher

Role overview

A full-time, remote-first opening for a UX Researcher to shape product direction through rigorous, user-centered insight. Working alongside engineers, designers, and product owners, you will lead research that informs strategy, validates ideas, and raises the quality of shipped experiences.

Responsibilities

- Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research studies across the product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch evaluation - Translate findings into clear, actionable insights, personas, and journey artifacts that guide design and product decisions - Partner closely with designers, engineers, and product owners to embed research into how the team works - Advocate for users by communicating research outcomes and recommendations across the organization - Mentor teammates on research methods and help build a culture of evidence-based decision making - Communicate clearly in English across a fully remote, distributed team

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX research or a closely related role - Strong portfolio of research work demonstrating method selection, execution, and measurable impact - Deep familiarity with a range of research methods, from interviews and field studies to surveys and usability testing - Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing rigorous, well-documented work - Outstanding verbal and written communication in English for remote collaboration - Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to team culture
